We offer free delivery to the majority of the Midlands. Some areas incur a small charge, please see below. There is no minimum order.

Within our delivery network, the following rates apply. We do still arrange deliveries outside of these areas, however, you will need to contact us at [email protected] with your requirements for us to provide you with a quote.

 

 

FAQ about our deliveries

Do I need to be in to accept delivery?

Ideally, yes, but if you are not in our drivers will use their discretion and leave your goods if it is safe to do so and there is an appropriate place to leave your order

 

Where will you leave my order?

Our drivers always do their best to be as helpful as possible and will try their best to put your goods where you want them within reason. Be aware though it is a kerb side delivery service. Also, safety is paramount so they will not drop goods anywhere that would pose a risk.

 

How long will my order take?

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days for stock items within the free delivery zone but we will always keep you informed if we are not able to complete delivery on time. We will contact you once you order is placed to advise when your delivery will be made. If you are unable to take the delivery when agreed then further delivery charges may be incurred.

 

What if my order is not a stock item?

Everything on our website is generally accessible from our suppliers but some items take longer than others to come in. 5 to 7 days would be an average lead time for non stocked items but we will keep in touch with you to let you know what's happening with your order every step of the way

 

Will you be in touch to arrange my delivery?

Yes, one of our team will either email or call you to advise when we will be delivering.

 

Can I contact you to find out how my order is going?

What type of vehicle will my delivery be made on?

We have a wide range of vehicles ranging from 3.5 ton pick up trucks, large curtain siders, and crane flatbed lorries. If you require a certain type of vehicle due to type access or weight restrictions then just add a comment to the notes section when you are entering your delivery address.

 

If my postcode is not listed can I still get a delivery from you?

We can still arrange deliveries outside of these area but you will need to contact us at the email address below with your requirements and postcode so we can provide you with a quote

 

Will you be in touch to arrange my delivery?

Yes, one of our team will either email or call you to advise when we will be delivering.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Get in touch with us and let us know what the issue is and we will get it rectified for you without delay. We will most likely ask for a picture so if you can email this to us it would really help.

 

What if I want to return my order?

A restocking charge of 15% will be applied should you wish to return goods that are in a satisfactory condition. Please be aware that as timber is a natural product it will vary in colour and appearance from piece to piece. Images on our website have been used to best portray the products we sell.
